Yes, they scan it n give the receipt, but make sure u take a picture of your receipt bc if u loose it, that's it, your package is gone with the wind. I unfortunately lost my money, waisted my time n energy bc i couldn't find my receipt to prove it. A lesson to learn 😡

Worked with Mario who was innovated with customers and if I’m going to give a negative review, it’s for the people he had to deal with. He stayed professional as did the postmaster when the issues flowed over to him. In the end, he grabbed my package for me and remained professional while customers were a little on edge for the things outside of his control. Well done Mario and Bonaire post office.
- CWChelsea WilliamsonSep 24, 20201.0Mail takes way too long to get. Packages are left in the pick up boxes without the key being put in my box for me to get them out. They have shoved packages into my small box trying to make them fit and bending things instead of putting them in the package pick up boxes. Also, we were told we HAD to have a post office box because our house is "too close to the post office" so we couldn't have mail box at the end of our driveway. So we have to pay every 6 months for a post office box we dont even want. This place is seriously the worst.

Update: 7/ 9/ 22: Again, I really wish USPS would STOP putting INCORRECT, UNTRUE information in tracking! It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to file claims against the Post Office because it looks like the CUSTOMER is at fault EVERY SINGLE TIME! Today one of my packages was delivered and one was not! Tracking information on the one not delivered said "package not delivered because front door and/or driveway was not accessible. " They don't even pull in my driveway!" Mailbox is on the street! And if my front door wasn't accessible, I couldn't come and go! It's absolutely ridiculous ! Claims are denied because of this outright lying! And nothing can be done about it!!!
