- KBKen BaileyJan 14, 20261.0DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS STORE! I paid $85 for next day air to ship meds my daughter needed immediately. They were finally delivered 6 days later! On day 3 the shipment was still in Macon! You can't file a claim online so I've been to the store 3 times with no luck. They took my info and said they'd email me with the claim every time but now it's been 2 weeks and I've got nothing. It appears I wasted my money so now all I can do is warn others. I've seen very similar reviews here where the same thing has happened so please take heed and do not ship from here.

Not only was it not overnighted so we had to re-do all the closing paperwork again and reschedule, but I have been calling almost every day for a week now trying to get reimbursed and I still can't seem to get anyone to help. Every rep I get on the phone says I have to wait and call back the next day for some reason or other. Let alone the insane amount of prompts and hoopla they put you through just to speak to a real human being. Their online claim only allows you to submit for lost or damaged packages so you have to call them for anything else. Ridiculous.

I wanted invitations printed on card stock with a 4 x 6 or a 5 x 7 size. The employer could not get the printer to work correctly and referred me to Staples.
- AAaMJGMay 5, 20244.0I frequent this business a lot. Customer service is always top tier, however, today's visit was awkward and customer service took a turn. I hope it's just an anomaly. Also, family members hanging around the establishment isn't a good look. Family members got in the way of the young lady on duty providing customer service.
