- MMMadisonAug 12, 20251.0If I could give this place zero stars I would. Amanda is very rude. I called yesterday to check on package I was having trouble with and she was yelling and talking over me the whole time I was trying to explain the situation with the package. I called again today for an update and she just hung up in my face and then I called back and she did not answer the call. A person like you does not deserve to work in the sweet town of Blythe and should not work in customer service.

She throws packages on my car and some days she doesn't even try to deliver them, blaming it on dogs being out when I know in fact she didn't even drive by to know if they were out and most of the time they aren't.

I have an easily accessible driveway and screened in porch to which I left the door wide open for you.. not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Previously, I ordered items from a company called 30A that would have easily fit in my mailbox. However, they kept them at the post office without even attempting to deliver. When pressed as to why they kept my items without even so much as an attempted delivery notification, they said “oh we thought no one lived there”. Interesting because they have no problem delivering bills to my supposed “vacant” house. Also- important to note: I have no dogs and have provided large, very visible, numbers in front of my house so as to avoid additional issues and inconvenient trips to this post office during its completely absurd business hours.

I have had multiple important letter/bill mail never show up and had to contact sender to resend. I continue to get mail regularly that is not mine (the previous owner who is dead 3 years and random people who don't even have my address on it). The office closed at lunch and closed by 3pm. I have lived in other small towns (IN) and had excellent local PO service.
- ABAshley BeckumJul 5, 20171.0Since moving to Blythe, we have had nothing but issues with this office. Our packages not being placed in the correct mailbox. Packages being damaged & tampered with. No one at this office knows anything. They are unfriendly & rude. Will be contacting the post master after a receiving a empty package that was damaged & opened. The item we ordered gone. All packages are supposed to be held at the post office as we discussed and would be picked up by me. Sometimes they hold them & sometimes they deliver them. I guess they can't comprehend directions either. So thanks to them I'm just out for what I ordered.
