- BSBrandi Stone2 days ago1.0Went in there to mail off some packages from our business. The man at the counter was visibly irritated that I brought in numerous packages. After some smart remarks I left and went to another post office. Very rude
- LBLuis BrunoFeb 9, 20261.0I normally don’t leave any bad reviews anywhere because I know every business has bad days, And their staff could be having a bad day. But I just stopped by this post office to ask about a lost package reported to be there.. And this guy (employee) Just said, What do you want me to do? If it’s lost then how do you want me to find it? How am I supposed to tell you where it is? If we find it, we’re going to deliver it to you… he Didn’t even took 30 seconds to look around to see if it was there or not. I told him I came here on Friday and the lady told me to come back on Monday so I’m here on Monday just to ask if you guys have found it. He said if we would’ve found it, we would’ve given it to you already…. WOW! What a great customer service. Incredible

She’s always been very helpful, supportive, so nice and friendly and I feel she’s absolutely the best person to ever have worked in this post office. She works so hard in that place. Although The newest post master, Mike, has some serious communication issues. I found myself trying to resolve a missing pakg with him and after repeated attempts to relay the information, we came to an impasse. I hope I don’t have to deal with him again, he doesn’t listen. So Thank you Ashley for being the epitome of a wonderful human and employee. 5 stars for you.

- DTDarryl TrotterNov 24, 20251.0People in the Edgewater New Hampstead have been having packages delivered to wrong mailboxes and parcel lockers since they put mailboxes out here. I had a package that said it was delivered today. Checked my mail box and found the key to the parcel locker. Open the locker and there was nothing inside the locker. Another instance was one day after work, I went to check my mail and found the entire door of the was left open for anyone to take anyone's mail or packages. They need to do better or get someone else who cares about what they are doing and take pride in their work. This is unacceptable!!!
