- TBT BDec 19, 20231.0On December 10, 2023 I dropped off 12 Christmas cards in the lobby. In the designated drop box labeled “Christmas Cards Only”. As of December 19, 2023 not one of those 12 cards has been delivered. Most of them were only going a few miles away! I can’t help but wonder if someone thought there were gift cards included and kept them. I’m extremely disappointed and will never take my mail to this location again. I have not bothered to contact them because nothing will be done anyway. They do not care.

I’ve tried calling at least 3times a week and stay on hold for 1 hour and no one ever picks up I even paid $20 extra to have my mail delivered to my new address for 6 months. I have to take a day off and drive 2 hours to this post office to see what’s going on with my mail. This is so sad and unprofessional. I will be making a complaint to the hire ups.
