After a local snafu and another store color printer being down, I called the UPS store in Bethlehem 25 minutes before closing as I drove down Highway 316 hoping to arrive before closing. Fatima and Brittany went out of their way to help me. I got my letters in time to stuff and mail and they cost less than the other places I had checked. It was worth the drive for the incredible service. I so appreciate their efforts on a busy holiday weekend! I will be back -- the service is impeccable and above and beyond!

System keeps saying they do not have my package .This is the second time I'm having this problem with this location!! The young people who worked there a very nice and friendly they are hard workers!
