- ZTZac TorresNov 19, 20251.0They have given my mail to my ex wife for the past year I’ve went up there time and time again about fixing it apparently none of them know how to fix this.

However I have had two incidents where I ordered some packages online and I received an delivery status on the app, but when I went to check the mailbox my package wasn't in it. I went to USPS and spoke with an manager. She sent a carrier the next day to check the surrounding mailboxes for the packages, and the package wasn't found. This happened twice ! Where I have a delivery confirmation and no package. I honestly feell like the post office should have refunded me. I reported to the app I was using( I use this app regularly) that my packages were "delivered" but I did not receive the package, and the suppliers on the app bascally told me that they cannot give me my money back because the package has a delivered status. Im not sure if the carrier is placing the mail in the wrong mailbox, or what the case may be.
