  I Love going to this UPS Store. Never any issues, and not always jammed packed! Very Clean and the customer service is very nice and respectful 🩷

  The staff is friendly but they keep declining my card that all other businesses have no trouble with. I called my bank to ask why that would happen and they said the issue wasn't on my end, it is definitely theirs, which I suspected. They look at me like I don't have enough money and I suggest that their system might have an issue worth looking into and one lady cut me off a little too quickly with a "nope". I hope this review serves to open their mind to the possibility that their card system could use a little tuning without being so defensive. If this issue is addressed, I will update the review accordingly.

  The associate helped me notarize some documents. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

  Not a single time when I haven’t had to wait 15+ minutes for Amazon returns. This place would be so much better with a self service kiosk like many other ups stores already have implemented.

  Except for the conversation that they were having while, ignoring the customers that were in line to be helped, they were very helpful
