    They seem to be too busy to help the customer. I guess they don’t remember that we are the ones paying their salary. No wonder the post office is such a mess with people that that don’t give two cents about customer service. I wish I could have given them a 0 for service!!!

    Horrible delivery time. I don’t get my mail sometimes till over 2-3 hours later than usual, if that!! Sometimes, they just won’t deliver it. They have just went extremely downhill.

    There were no pens, hardly any package boxes or envelopes, and the place was dirty. The staff was not very friendly, walked away from myself and other customers mid speaking. Also, if you buy a package box from the post office, and do you yourself have the tape right there, why is it my responsibility to package tape the box? Then she stated she had too much on her plate and was very rude about it. She literally tossed the tape at me.

    Every time I went up here they weren't open at 830. We all sat in line to wait for them to open up after 9 a.m. we seen someone walk inside the front clerk area digging around in the closet. She never addressed us or anything to let us know why they weren't opening on time and way beyond the hours posted on the door. Then when she did decide to finally let us in, she had an attitude and didn't practice good customer service by apologizing for the delay or anything of that nature. This place is horrible. They have nasty attitudes and act like we are doing them a disservice by coming up there and needing help with something thats in their job description to know. I dont recommend.

    Very unkind employee at the front today. I had a notification that a package was undeliverable and would be available for pick up at this location. I went to this location and was having trouble finding my tracking number in an email. The lady was very rude and the fact that I wasn’t getting it to her fast enough asked her if I could give her my address she said no. She left the counter. When she came back, I showed her the tracking number. She asked me to read it off to her in which case I have to now get my glasses and so she walks away again with attitude because I’m not moving fast enough for her. After reading her the tracking number, she then proceeded to ask me my address. After going to the back for a few minutes, she came back and told me the package was already loaded on the truck to be delivered. When I showed her that it stated the package was undeliverable to the address she told me they would make three attempts. If it’s undeliverable, how can you attempt to make a delivery?Fast forward to the evening when the mail truck comes and delivers mail, no package. About 20 minutes after the mailman leaves I get another email stating that the package is available for pick up at this location again. I truly feel in my heart of hearts that this package was never on the truck and that the lady was just being unkind. Now I dread having to go back up there again.
