  I’m usually not the type to leave negative reviews, but the lack of customer service here lately is just too sad. In the past, I’ve used their services faithfully and have had no problems. But now, there seems to be no order (no designated lines, people just walking up to the counter, rearranged Amazon drop-offs with no guidance, etc) or enough employees behind the desk who actually know or CARE about what they’re doing. I placed an order for business cards last week that were so poor in quality that frankly, it looked like I could have printed them at home for free. I was told by a gentlemen there that they could be reprinted in better quality and ready for pick up the next day. When I arrived at the appointed time, the workers there had no knowledge of my order at all. They offered to put the order in, and told me that it would be ready either later that day and could be picked up the next two weeks (since that’s how long they can hold orders before trashing them). That was last Friday, March 6th. I came in today Friday, March 13th, to pick them up, and once again, they had no idea of who I was, or of any order under my name. At this point, I’m frustrated because I’ve driven out of my way to retrieve an order 3 times to no avail, and that is enough for me. When they called in a request via walkie for help putting in said order, I respectfully denied their help and walked out. Not sure what’s happened in terms of management, but I will surely be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this place can get back on their feet, because one employee there in particular (Pam) is a gem, but I never see her anymore. Do better, Staples!!!

  Had three associates standing around the copy machines, they could barely take time to show me how to work the copier - copy did not come out as well as I wanted, and nobody could be bothered to help. Do not suggest using them for copies.

  I placed an online order for 250 business cards that was advertised as same-day pickup at this Staples location in Augusta, GA. I received an email saying it wouldn’t be ready until 7:30 p.m., even though the store closes at 8:00 p.m., so I planned to pick it up the next day. I never received an email or text confirming that my order was ready, but since it was supposed to be done the day before, I went in to check. The pickup/check-in area was completely overwhelmed with Amazon returns, with 15 people in line and only two employees working. There was no clear way for regular customers to get help without cutting through the Amazon line, and the whole situation felt chaotic and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving without any assistance. Poor communication, misleading same-day pickup advertising, and an inefficient in-store process made this a frustrating experience.

  The store phone for printing does not work properly and I was not able to speak with anyone. The hold was long just to have someone pickup and all I heard was ticking in the background.

  I always get my Christmas cards from here. Good value for money and it's always super fast turn around time.
