- BMB MMar 16, 20191.0I have had a PO BOX here at this location for 5 years (about 20yrs total with the USPS at about 4 locations in the CSRA due to relocating for work). They sometimes lose my mail. I know from the informed delivery option. It takes sometimes a week longer for them to ship out my packages from here and also takes another couple of days to receive my packages than when shipped to my home. It seems they take their time sorting mail & packages. They have also lost several packages by mixing up the locker box & keys to the wrong Po Boxes/customer. This continues to be an issue to the point of me simply getting my packages delivered to my home with the added worry of someone stealing them. Hence the reason I have a Po Box to begin with.
