- AAAngelFeb 6, 20261.0I received 2 letters addressed to a previous owner. I know for a fact they used to live here because a guy showed up where UPS delivered a package and the guy claimed it and said he used to live here at this address. I wrote a note on each piece of mail saying there needs to be an address change for these people and that this is not the right address. In English that means " Those people Do Not Live Here!" Today one of the pieces of mail was right back in my mailbox and I expect the other one to show back up also. If you can't read or even attempt to try to find their current address then it will all start going in the trash important or not important. What else do I have to do so you GET IT?? And.. yes the mail here where I am currently comes from this post office.

My package was delivered with a handwritten threatening note from the carrier telling me to “start getting my mail out of the box” or they will “send all of it back.” This is completely unacceptable. There is no reason a federal mail carrier should be leaving rude or intimidating messages on someone’s package. If there’s an issue with the mailbox, there are proper procedures — not handwritten threats. I rely on USPS for safe, respectful delivery, and this made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I really hope management addresses this immediately, because no customer should ever be spoken to this way.
