Jeffrey is ALWAYS at the counter. Efficient... knowledgeable... and so very pleasant. Love the traffic monitoring so I can tell when to visit this location. All the counter folks stay aware of the wait times and keep folks moving. Would like to see more counter folks available. Usually Jeffrey is the only one assisting folks.

The gentlemen put up the sign Next Window as he was helping the lady before me. And was very rude to me after I responded to his question about helping me. It honestly confused me that he put the sign up "next window" Then asked to help me. And I said, you can help me but it doesn’t make sense you put the "Next Window," sign up. And he got all pissy because I questioned his action and he said, "well then" and just left. Very unprofessional and I will never return to that crappy post office ever again.

If I could give this post office a zero rating I would, but I guess I'll give the one star to he only person that was working...Ms. Pam. I don't know if post offices get audited or have people come down and check out how they are running, but this one definitely needs to close down and 1.) retrain the workers or 2.) hire individuals that will work. There is absolutely no reason that a line should be out the front door for 45 mins and no one comes from the back to help move the customers through. It was so bad people were dropping from the line and others were turning around when they walked in and saw how long the line was. The worst part is that the customers can literally see workers at the back peeking around to see how long the line is but no one came to the front. One tall bald headed mad walked upfront and asked Ms. Pam if anyone came from the back to help...that was a dumb question bc he was one of the people peeking from the back and when he came upfront to ask her she was the only person helping customers and the line was still growing. I felt sorry for Ms. Pam bc I've been to this specific post office a few times and she is always the only one trying to help customers. All I can say is they open at 0830 and it was barely 0930 when I arrived and it looked as if people were already on lunch breaks😮‍💨. With all the people looking for jobs right now they can find better employees.

They mark my package delivered and it's not in my parcel locker. The Augusta usps location needs new employees
