I came in here to simply print one photo and there’s no one at the copy & printer section. When a worker did come over and I asked about having a photo printed I was told they had no experience with running the photo machines behind the counter and the person that does went to lunch and he wouldn’t be back for an hour. My question is… WHY ARE YOU WORKING AT THE PHOTO SECTION AND YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO PRINT PHOTOS???? Another worker came and asked me if I needed any help and I told her I needed a photo printed and she told me the same thing with the addition of the person who left had to go get boxes for Amazon since they ran out of boxes for Amazon So the ONLY person working here out of all the staff who knows how to print photos on the photo machines behind the counter… y’all sent HIM to pick up Amazon boxes resulting in every customer to be turned away who needed photos OR Amazon returns done. And there were several of them while I waited… who were visibly upset. Staples this isn’t how you run a business. One person leaving shuts down your Copy&Print Center for over an hour. Because he’s the only one that could print photos behind the counter on glossy paper and he had to go to Lowe’s to get boxes for Amazon returns. This is completely ridiculous and deserves review and a regional manager needs to pay this store a visit.
