They don't even try to deliver, they just pull up and post an attempt was made when in fact no attempt was made. The foreign customer service reps lie and are useless. One told me she called my requested hold location and my package was delivered. I asked for the person name and number of who she spoke with. She couldn’t give me an answer. I then called the requested hold location and they stated they do not have my package.

I needed that paperwork in the package to catch a flight at 10 AM that morning so thank you again. I did not get her name but several staff of the people that I dealt with. Were friendly and guided my path to this woman, a supervisor.
- ANamber nicoleOct 3, 20251.0I'm assuming this is the center where all their deliveries come from, I've had 2 drivers make u turns in my yard and neighbors yard because the drivers don't know how to either park on the street and walk up to my house or don't know what pulling into a straight drive way and backing out. 2 DRIVERS HAVE DRIVEN IN MY YARD AND NEIGHBORS YARD BECAUSE THEY CANT DRIVE UP A DRIVEWAY! oh, and one was on the phone yelling that he was going to call dfax, which I'm assuming was to the other person o nthe phone.

What is going on?! I want to hear back from someone as some as possible! I need this package picked up and shipped to its correct address. There is a warranty that is about to expire Sept 30th meaning It will not be able to be repaired. I want a full reimbursement of my shipping total and my package handled immediately! This isnt right! DO BETTER!! Why did i just recieve an email saying case closed?????
