Quick short answer and walks away without explaining everything. Rented a computer unnecessarily. Same with gentlemen beside me. I call on the phone and they say you have to wait for the code. We get the code and the code says invalid. No mention of the code takes 15min to work. There need to be instructions for this either online or in person. Called and she just places me on hokd withoht saying to hold. If you don't want to explain how it works...put a sign up..we were very nice about the situation. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH STORE CLERKS
