- JAJamie Joseph (achicknamejamie)Jun 5, 20241.0The fact that I have to give them one star when they don’t even deserve that is upsetting. USPS is like the Popeyes chicken of the delivery services. I have been waiting for over two months for my child passport that was shipped to this facility and I have never received it instead of them trying to really track down the address which happens to be a PO Box they decide to put on there that I have moved and I did not leave no address however a week prior I got her birth certificate back. So now I’m trying to track down her passport that is somewhere in Pittsburgh or Pennsylvania at the moment. I have called customer service. I have been up to the place twice with no help these incompetent rude disrespectful people that call their self employee working in customer service should all be retrained or fired. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we have to deal with the mess that comes along with the post office. I mean, seriously it wasn’t coming to my actual house. It was going to my PO Box how lazy could you be to not take it to a PO Box that’s in your facility.

- GMGregory MartinJan 24, 20191.0WTF? I have been waiting on a package to be delivered on January 11, 2019 it's the 24th and it's still in transit to the destination. By good it only came from South Georgia to North Georgia. I could have walked there and got it by now. I bet it won't happen again.
