- YWyuhua wuFeb 20, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this USPS location today around 4:00 PM. While customers were still inside and seeking assistance, the employee on duty walked out to his car and sat there instead of serving people. When we approached him and politely asked for help with mailing our items during posted business hours, he refused to assist us. What was even more shocking was his behavior — he began yelling at us and used inappropriate and unprofessional language. No customer should ever be spoken to that way, especially by a federal employee in a public service role. This was not just poor customer service — it was outright disrespectful and unacceptable conduct. USPS employees are representatives of a federal institution and are expected to uphold basic standards of professionalism and accountability. I strongly urge management to review security footage, investigate this incident, and take appropriate action. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.

I walked outside to ask him when he’ll be back and he responded rudely, and never came back. Extremely unpleasant experience:( Go to the USPS at briarcliff. Never come here!!!!
