- JMJ ManciniApr 2, 20261.0Terrible location. I came on 3 separate occasions across the span of 2 days during normal “operating” hours and the doors were locked. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the first time I’ve ran into this issue at this location. It’s always a gamble on whether they’ll be open or not. It’s as if the employees flip a coin to decide whether they’ll open or not.

One individual in particular will close the store early and open it up late to extend her own lunch or break time. Lines will form outside of the door, and she will come to the entrance to tell people that the store has closed early for the day because she “needs a break.” This isn’t an occasional thing - this happens on a consistent basis, making this one of the most unreliable shipping locations I’ve ever used, and making the staff some of the most unhelpful I’ve worked with.
