- MPMIGUEL PACHECOApr 4, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at USPS Cumberland Mall. Their posted hours say they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM, but that is clearly not accurate. I arrived around 3:30 PM to drop off a package, only to find a sign on the door saying they were on break and would return at 5:30 PM. I waited, and now it’s 5:44 PM and they still haven’t reopened. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. If you have limited hours or extended breaks, that should be clearly reflected in your official schedule—not posted last minute on a piece of paper. Very disappointing experience.
