- LALaolu AlaoJan 8, 20261.0I arrived at the store at approximately 4:40 p.m. to drop off a package and was informed that I needed to purchase tape, as the store does not provide it. The male clerk advised me that the store closed at 5:30 p.m. I left briefly to purchase tape and returned at approximately 4:50 p.m. Upon re entering, I was told by an employee named Rosa Murray that the store closed at 5:00 p.m. Although this conflicted with what I had been told earlier, I was already in the store ten minutes before closing. When I attempted to drop off my package, Ms. Murray refused to accept it. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and stated that it “didn’t matter.” She then walked away and closed the gate while I was still standing there.
