  I am a long-time supporter of the USPS and the essential work they do, which is why it pains me to write this. However, my experience at the Dunwoody (Perimeter) location today was highly discouraging. After a long walk to get here, I arrived 20 minutes before closing-well within business hours. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. The male employee on duty was audibly complaining about his shift and closed the doors 3 minutes early while people were still needing assistance. More importantly, I was unable to complete my transaction because the location was not accepting cash (stating they didn't have a drawer) and was completely out of stamps. While I empathize with staff being tired or starting their day at 4 AM, the inability to provide basic postal services or accept legal tender makes it impossible for the community to rely on this branch. I'm sharing this in hopes that management can provide this location with the staffing and resources it clearly needs so it can live up to the USPS standard I've always appreciated

  Friday hours 9-5. Guess what? No one there and everything closed on Friday at 11:00AM. Pathetic.

  Great customer service, the Rep made sure to take care of every customer in need. Thanks for loving what you do and adamant with outsourcing customer service.

  I came in to returned some items. Toya from the start was rude and unprofessional. This is second time at this location with the same experience. Toya rudely and rolling her eyes asked for the barcode of my return which i gave to her and told her all of the items I was bringing were under the same barcode. She rudely told me to purchase a envelope or box to place the 3 packages in. I had a total of 4 packages. Once I got the envelope, im asking her if she needs the barcode again. Once she scanned the code again, she loudly and rudely asked if it was the same code she had scanned to which I replied to her yes, since i had mentioned it in the beginning that the one barcode was for all 4 packages. She proceeds to throw my envelope back to me as if I was a dog and tells me I need to put all 4 inside after I had already sealed the envelope. I am 4 months pregnant and throwing something at someone is unacceptable. After all this, I just said nevermind because at this point I felt threatened by Toya. She proceeds to yell at me to pay for the envelope which I was in the first place. I don’t know what has happened to the customer care of this establishment but it has gone downhill.

  Avoid this location at all costs. Turned and walked out today 11/10/25 based on what they have servicing the counter. So sad to see that America, especially a government agency has forgotten.
