Not open during posted open hours. Arrived around 10:30 am (they're supposed to open at 9) to find the lights on but door locked and no attendant in sight. This location closes from 130-245 pm. If you aren't going to provide service during your standard hours of operationn then leave packing materials in the lobby so people can still utilize the self-service kiosk. So frustrating!

I have had multiple negative experiences at this location—unfortunately, not just once, but several times. There is an employee (I don’t know her name, but she typically wears a hijab) who has consistently been rude to both me and my husband during our visits. This location is the most convenient for us, so I would prefer not to go elsewhere. However, these repeated interactions have made visits very unpleasant. Customer service is an important part of the experience, and unfortunately, this has not met expectations. I would appreciate it if management could address this situation—whether through additional training or reassignment—because it is affecting not only the overall image of USPS but also the customer experience. Additionally, please ensure that the self-service drop-off machine is always functioning properly. When it is out of service, customers have no choice but to go inside, and it seems to create frustration at the counter. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office on Saturday morning while trying to return a SHEIN order. One of the employees (an African woman wearing a gray head covering, no visible name tag) was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I approached the counter. Instead of explaining the process or offering help, she spoke to me in a hostile tone and gave short, unhelpful directives. When I purchased an envelope and returned to the counter, both employees disappeared to the back while I was waiting. When they came back, the same employee continued speaking to me rudely. After I gave a negative survey rating because of her tone, she openly confronted me about it and said she didn’t care about the survey. I was then sent to the self-service kiosk with no assistance, even though I clearly had never used it before. I ultimately had to leave and go to another location to complete my return. Completely unacceptable customer service.

adding onto the reviews about the lady in the hijab because she either needs retraining, a new job, or none at all. rude to any and everybody for no apparent reason. zero decorum and definitely doesn’t know how to talk to people. have the day you put out!
