- AFAmanda FanningApr 3, 20261.0This post office is the worst. I got here 5 minutes before they closed, but they locked the doors early. I waited few minutes as I had packages that I wanted to be scanned. They unlocked the doors to let someone out. When I asked if I could drop off my packages, hey said I could leave my packages, but they couldn’t scan them in because they were closed. By that time, it was 5pm on the dot - when they were supposed to officially close. When I asked why they locked the doors early, the lady said she wasn’t going to argue with me and closed the door in my face. So rude.

I have cameras and have caught them lying about attempting to deliver packages, I have a large lost for weeks with no scan and the employees take no accountability, I currently have a sensitive document that I sent certified and it’s currently lost and no one has an explanation. DO NOT mail anything through this office if you can!!!!!
- CCCarlisleFeb 9, 20261.0I recommend trying another Post Office before you waste your time here. Came by at 3:30 on a Monday to find the door locked with no notice or explanation. The notices that WERE posted on the door imply they don't do very much when they ARE open. Knocked on the door only to hear "We're closed!" shouted from the other side.

Been here since 2 and it’s now 2:17 and we are still waiting in line. This is ridiculous. Why do they all has to go on break at the same time.
