  I run a small business and have used this post office for a few months now because it was close to my home and central to my grocer's, making it a convenient location. However, I will never return due to the complete lack of disregard the employees here have for doing the bare basics of their jobs. I made a mail run about a month ago with ~30 packages. While dropping the mailers into the lobby's package slot, I could hear the employees talking and watching videos behind the wall. This doesn't bother me, but I got about halfway through my drop before one of them audibly called out and told me to stop what I was doing and instead place the packages behind the building. When I drove where instructed, I was greeted with an unattended box on the curb. I am making your life easier by pre-paying for my postage and opting for a contactless drop off and you tell me to leave my customers' packages where they can easily be stolen by anyone who decides to park behind the building and perform a grab and run? No thanks. Go literally anywhere else.

  I mailed a pair of Cartier glasses and a hat to one of my friends, but the person handling my package stole them. This individual removed my label, placed it on a cheap plastic USPS bag, and sent my friend a package containing some blue flowers and other junk. It makes me incredibly angry. People like this shouldn't have jobs. I am so disgusted that anyone would do something like this. They switched out all my items and sent some worthless items instead. It's unbelievable. This person should be fired and never allowed to work in this capacity again. He should be glad I haven't called the police and involved my lawyer. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

  Update: **do NOT mail important documents from here. My first class/certified mail was never sent, 6 days later** This location is in a completely run down plaza and the store itself is a total mess. Employees will be watching videos on their phones while serving you and you’re never sure if they are getting the job done accurately. I had to mail important documents out yesterday and watched the young man employee not attach the certified mail sticker to my envelope. I asked if he would do it and he said yes while not taking his eyes off his cell phone. I left after paying but wish I went elsewhere. My letter is still not showing as mailed a whole day later. Update: USPS *lost* this item and a missing mail inquiry was initiated. Again, PLEASE don’t use this location to send important mail.
