- JJjMar 19, 20261.0BEWARE, CANNOT TAKE MAIL. I've been let down by this place almost every time I've visited since 2018. This time, it seems they've met their demise. The desk is closed, permanently. And there are no collection times listed on the wall above the slots. The placards have been ripped off the wall (but not the sticker still listing times). I was not about to risk putting my package through that slot. Went to the Peachtree location, next to the Indigo Hotel, and down the MARTA escalator, instead.
- KKKiaMar 13, 20261.0The lady who was working at this USPS location on March 13, 2026 at around 3:30 was extremely disrespectful. Despite me arriving an hour and a half before close time (5pm) she decided to prematurely close the store. She dismissed at least 5 more people while I was in the building saying "We're closed" to anyone who entered. And who knows how many others as again, it was one and a half hours before close time. I understand that working in customer service is difficult, but it is unfair and simply wrong to place your frustration onto other customers and not do your job.
