  Corporate office ! Confusing .Not a retail location!

  I am a truck driver and I order the super Caesar wrap and a smoothie at least 2 to 3 times a week some weeks more and I am constantly getting my wrap missing ingredients. The Parmesan crisp is what gives the wrap a great taste and my wrap is constantly missing the Parmesan crisp. It’s happened at the Pooler Ga location several times, Anderson SC location once but it is very irritating. You’re about to loose a regular customer. It’s like a Big Mac is not a Big Mac without the Mac sauce! Are there cheat sheets on making sandwiches and wraps? If so, maybe everyone needs to be retrained on using the cheat sheets and stop making short cuts. I’m spending $30 plus to order my food through uber eats for my food to not be correct. Maybe once is understandable but almost on the regular that my wrap is missing the crisp! I’ll find some where else to get healthy food from because I’ve had enough of wasting my money!

  I went to tropical smoothies in Fort Dodge Iowa to pick up an order. I arrived at 07 45 to find the store does not open until 8 AM. I waited for the store to open, the employee key keeper did not arrive until 7:59 AM. When I walked in said you’ll have to wait 10 to 15 minutes we don’t open until eight. When I remarked that most stores are ready to open when they’re supposed to open, she got very upset. She started fixing my order, basically threw it on the counter at me. I don’t believe she was even dressed to be in the store. She did not wear her cap or anything covering her hair still in a sloppy sweater not a good example for a manager, if that’s what she

  Warren N.J. location puts half the amount of chicken in there flatbreads than other locations.
