  Went to this location after another UPS Store didn't have a notary in the store at that time. Glad I went to Glenridge! Walked in, no customers in the store, asked if any of the 3 employees were notaries, and YES, all three are! Tayler & Aja were super patient, kind and thorough with my document needs, multi pages & notary stamps. Customer service IS the name of the game and these ladies understand that, and doing a fabulous job. Grateful for excellent help & service here, unfortunately it's not as common as it once was. Thanks!

  This UPS store is probably one of the best I’ve been to in a while. The associates: Aja and Tayler, are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional which is not common in this current climate. I appreciate their notary and customer service. Thank you, Ladies! ~ Marisol

  In reference to the last review about staff closing promptly at their closing hour: The level of meanness existing in today's world is heartbreakingly painful. This customer (comments below) enters this UPS location at 4.01pm - after its closing hours - but still decides to leave a review to punish two young women that had worked a full shift "on a Saturday." By the way, this is whilst many of us (fellow Atlantans) were out in parks walking our dogs, or having brunches with loved ones or chilling at home watching Netflix etc etc. You go to a location past its closing hours - 4.01pm is past a 4pm closing hour - where systems need to be shut in preparation for this next day - and have the guile and privilege to leave a review that hurts hourly paid workers (possibly college students) working on Saturday to pay their way through school etc etc. No care that these people might have been hungry or just happy that their shift had ended to go get some rest, and food, and see their loved ones. You couldn't plan to get there 5 - 10mins before??? My heart breaks for where we have landed as a community of people. Keep your heads up guys; many in this community appreciate you.

  Closes before closing on weekends. That's all. Thats the message. Staff was walking out thw door ar 4:01 when they close at 4pm. My fault but unfortunate they already did their shutdown procedures before the posted closing time.
