  My experience with this agency has been consistently disappointing. Recently, they reached out regarding a contract opportunity. After a drawn-out interview process where I was verbally guaranteed the role, they canceled the contract mere minutes after scheduling a Teams meeting. Having engaged with them on two prior occasions that also lacked basic professionalism, I can confidently say their communication is severely lacking. I would advise other contractors to look elsewhere

  So, at the top of the week I had an onsite interview. Mind you, this interview is for an intern program that could’ve potentially led to a full time opportunity. It was a two panel interview, one of the interviewers showed up late. Like, 20 - 25 minutes late. I’ve already sat down with the other one, conversations going really well. I’m answering the questions right, taking notes and asking questions. The second interviewer shows up, already has an attitude I can tell. I stand up, shake his hand and go from there. As the other interviewer, asks me to go through my resume again, this guy literally stops me and says “you don’t know anything”. Literally. Remember, this is for an intern position. Guy gets offended because I’m interested in pursuing my masters. He’s literally grilling me on education, which this is a technical role. No technical questions asked. I ask him what he is looking for in a candidate for the role. This guy straight up tells me, I’m looking for a new undergraduate, that has no experience but then goes on to tell me I don’t know anything 😂. I then ask him questions regarding what he’s saying to me. I turn to the company values, and reiterate what he’s saying. I did my homework and researched the company and what he was saying doesn’t align with the company values. Long story short, drove 6 hours 3 there 3 back. The recruiter didn’t even reach back out to me just sent a we’re not moving forward.

  The worst agency on the market. They're the kings of "the role got cancelled". Sorry for the frustration, but I lost a job offer because of them (yes spoke directly to the hiring manager, they sent me to high when I said don't do it), keep calling and asking to meet with their account managers for other roles, and it just a big loss of time as it seems "the hiring manager put the role on pause for now".

  Insight Global made my hiring process smooth and stress-free. The recruiters were consistent with communication, explained every step clearly, and moved quickly to get me placed. But I have to give special credit to Ashleigh — her communication, patience, and willingness to help at every turn truly set the tone. She checked in regularly, answered every question without the run-around, and made sure I felt fully supported throughout the onboarding process. I appreciate a staffing agency that’s organized, responsive, and actually follows through — and Insight Global absolutely delivers. Having someone like Ashleigh on their team is a huge asset, and it shows in the quality of their service. My overall experience has been extremely positive, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive temp or contract opportunity.
