- TPTy'Meshia PMar 20, 20261.0Be careful when dealing with this location . One of the drivers stole my grandmother package. It was an overnight pack that was supposed to be delivered on March 18 . It’s now March 20 and still haven’t received any package . The last scan on the package was when it came to this location . I have been back and forth for the last two days and they haven’t been able to find package or give me any answers on package . Moral of the story they said the driver who usually delivered my grandmother packages gave it to someone else to deliver and come to find out she is a new driver and all of suddenly she keep telling them she don’t have the package either . So now everybody saying they don’t have the package so basically it’s been stolen and can’t be replaced. Just a total lost so be careful dealing with this location . This is a WARNING!!!!!!!!!!

After a failed delivery attempt at my original address because no one was available to accept it, my package was sent back to the shipping center. Latasha stepped in, took the time to help me locate it, and made sure it was rerouted correctly so I could pick it up at the Windsor St shipping center. Thanks to her help, I was able to accept the package the same day and now I have my new suit in time for several important meetings this week. I’m also leaving town tomorrow, and if I hadn’t gotten it today, I wouldn’t have had it before my trip. Latasha was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her support made a stressful situation turn into a great experience. Truly appreciate her assistance and excellent customer service.
