  I stopped into this location to ship something for a co-worker who was out of the office that day. I was unfamiliar with the process and only had an account number and the address. Carol was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to help me easily complete the transaction quickly. I love great customer service and Carol definitely provided that!

  This was the most amazing and convenient visit I have ever made to a FedEx. My corporation needed last minute prints and Victoria went above and beyond to assist me and my team. Not everyone is as friendly or will go out of their way, but she will be the sole reason I return to this location.

  The people here are nice but FEDex Corporate is dishonest. They do not stand behind what they charge you extra money for … overnight delivery… I paid an extra five or take $50 for an important doc to get there overnight… it got there 6 days later when it was totally irrelevant… after I sent another one and paid again to USPS who DID get it there on time. When FedEx package got there 6 days later it had a yellow sticker that said MISLOAD “ on it .. see photo … when I called and asked them what it meant they said it was misloaded on the wrong truck …. I asked for refund and they said “oh we can’t refund because it was weather related “. I said you just said it was MISLOADed on wrong truck … they were rude and hung up. My advice : use the store .. the local people are so nice and helpful … but go to the post office or UPS for your overnight because Corporate is very dishonest.

  Had to come to FedEx because of a return label I was provided for a lamp I am sending back. I paid 5$ to use their computers to log into my email to access said label and packing slip, and then also paid to print two pages. Printer wasn’t working and I was charged for the time and printing regardless. I let the lady know at the front desk that I had paid for that but printer wasn’t working; she didn’t address that at all and asked for my phone to send the label to herself. I let her know we need the packing slip as well and she told me with an attitude she sent that to herself too, even though I didn’t see her do that. I left feeling like I’m not sure it was even handled correctly as far as what the company asked for in the return box, and like I had been brushed off and rushed away. Bad service and bad attitude- Won’t be back.
