  Trey at the Lindbergh FedEx, went the extra mile to pack and ship 120 pounds of pots and pans. Each piece needed to be bubble wrapped and strategically placed in boxes. This was time consuming and their system was acting up so Trey needed to reboot the system, and I couldn’t wait. He followed up as promised with a phone call and emailed the receipt. Great job, Trey!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the store manager, Eric, at this FedEx location. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude from the moment I asked for assistance. Customer service should be a priority in any service-based business, yet the interaction felt the complete opposite. What was most concerning is that his conduct does not reflect the level of professionalism and customer care that FedEx promotes in its mission and service standards. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he appeared uninterested in providing solutions and communicated in a way that felt disrespectful and unhelpful. When customers walk into a FedEx store, they expect professionalism, patience, and a willingness to assist. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. Management at this location should seriously review how customer interactions are handled to ensure they align with the company’s stated commitment to service and respect.

  I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but after reading some of the ones about this store I felt compelled to. I do everything I can to avoid this location, but after the other stores nearby were unable to complete my requests I ventured over to this one. This store is always understaffed on the weekend so be prepared to wait. After stating my request it was clear that this employee did not want to help me complete the service the other two locations were unable to finish. He made me wait while he helped person after person who came through the store, even making a rude remark to me as he assisted another customer. After reading other reviews I can see that this particular employee is very rude and dismissive of women, so keep that in mind if you plan on going. The lack of customer service or even empathy for a customer’s situation is astounding. I don’t know how this location continues to operate. There are other FedEx stores in the area, I recommend avoiding this location.

  Alicia was extremely helpful and informative for a very unique printing request for my upcoming wedding. She is an extremely kind individual and I really appreciated her patience and care.
