I went to this location today to buy a shipping bag and I needed some clear tape to seal it securely. I asked an employee that was a black girl with long braids who body was built up like a 1968 Buick for some clear tape. When I said (excuse me mam) she immediately rolled her eyes and said (yeh!). When I asked to use the clear tape that was sitting on the counter she told me, I had to use the tape on the floor. I told her that I needed the tape to secure a package and she said (well I can't let you use it and I will just have to tape it for you) with a nasty attitude. I told her that it's has never been an issue in the past using the clear tape and I always just give it back to them at the counter. She said (well I can't let you use so just bring your package up here and I will tape it for you). She was rude, had horrible customer service, had a nasty attitude, and is MISERABLE. I'm trying to understand how did she even get a job working at this location? Usually, there are nice employees that work at this location who have great customer service. I can't believe that she was acting like this over some damn packaging tape. ugh! PATHETIC!

I visited the FedEx location in Vinings, GA today to ship a very delicate and expensive collectible card valued at $1,500. What should have been a simple, straightforward process turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The young woman working the counter was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional from the moment I asked for a small box. I repeatedly told her that I could handle placing my item inside the box myself, as I needed to prepare it carefully. Despite making this clear multiple times, she insisted on taking over the process and became rude when I tried to maintain control over my own property.
After I finally finished packing the card securely, she then went behind me and started stuffing paper into the box without my permission. I told her not to do that — she ignored me and did it anyway. Because of her actions, my $1,500 card was damaged, which is completely unacceptable.
Her attitude, behavior, and disregard for my instructions were beyond unprofessional. This situation has now created a serious issue regarding the replacement of my damaged item, all because of her carelessness and poor service.
I will be filing a formal complaint with FedEx corporate. No customer should ever have to deal with someone this hostile or irresponsible, especially when dealing with valuable items. I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this location. The African American young lady should not have a customer facing roll if she cannot follow simple clear instructions such as “I can pack my own item” or “Please stop, your damaging my item”

Just left the store and the customer service was ehhh. When I went into the store there were two people in the store with over 6 customers (for a shipping location, time spent with a customer may vary so 6 may be considered busy). Both employees greeted everyone upon entry and was very pleasant. I decided to take advantage of the self service kiosk but unfortunately it would not accept my debit card so I was forced to get back in line. I came in for printing and envelopes. The websites states they carry plain stamped envelopes but the store negated that fact upon asking. When it was my turn to be serviced I was approached by the female in the store (I believe her name was Cindy) as if she was about to assist me. Sadly mistaken. After I told her what I was there for she proceeded to walk behind the counter, talk with her co-worker, and continue to do other things. Granted, there was not a smile on my face but that does not automatically associate me with a bad attitude or someone looking to cause trouble. When the male in the store had a chance to get to me I was a little confused because I thought I was being helped by the other employee. Overall half of what I needed was a success; HOWEVER, I give the customer service a 3/5. Being in customer service makes you the face of the company and it should ALWAYS be welcoming.
