Kayla at the FedEx location in the Omni Hotel went above and beyond to help me with some time-sensitive packages. She ensured everything was properly forwarded, resolving everything with incredible care, professionalism, and speed! Kayla followed up promptly, reassured me, and personally made sure everything was located and sent out on time. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to help is a rare find these days. Kayla is an outstanding example of what customer service should be, professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. I'm truly grateful for her support. She made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Thank you, Kayla!

- JBJeffrey BighamFeb 27, 20201.0This FedEx intercepts anything you ship to the Omni Hotel, and then tries to extort whatever money they can from you in order to release your package. The charge for this incredibly inconvenient process (as compared to picking up at the front desk) is called a "convenience fee." Mine was supposed to be $10 for a small box. I argued, especially since the hotel told me I could pick up my box at the front desk, and they waived the fee. I'm still giving 1-star to make it clear that I think this practice is exploitative and awful.
