One clerk and always works very very slowly. Very dirty inside the floor is covered in visible dirt where it hasn’t been cleaned. There was a long line today (per the usual) and the clerk just walked away to hug the USPS driver and have a short conversation which was nice but not when there is a long line and there are no other clerks. This is my 3rd time experiencing the clerk intentionally going about business very slowly. The only reason I was here was a prepaid shipping label, I would not visit the store otherwise for my own business needs after past experiences. Lastly, on Friday Nov 7 the doors were locked at 11am and when I tried to politely ask if it may have been second to government shutdown he got very defensive and kept repeating he’s off on Friday’s and has no idea what goes on. I was asking be because of work materials being shipped USPS from west coast so I tried to explain I was only asking if they were impacted by shutdown due to mixed responses, I found an polite inquiry was his reasoning to try to start an unnecessary argument. Furthermore reasoning to take any/all personal business elsewhere.

Terribly rude employee on the Saturday morning of 10/25/25. Just dropping off a prelabeled package and she literally took it and carelessly threw it in the box behind her. Was rude to the customers in front of me as well. Do not take a customer service position is you cannot even feign a bit of politeness or kindness.

This has to be the rudest woman in customer services . She acts like she hate her job and she hates customer service even more . She has no patience not even with the elderly . Constantly rolling her eyes , face frowned up . I told her good morning twice because I figured she didn’t hear me the first time she just looked at me . She don’t greet you , smile nor is she helpful I had a question about where to put a zip code on international shipping she had no idea “because she don’t know what they do over there” . Didn’t even try to help .She’s the type of employee you just keep in the back better yet she doesn’t even deserve that . Horrible service

I usually go to a different location that is closest to where I live, but today, out of convenience to where I work, I had to stop here. I understand that businesses are short staffed these days, and unfortunately, this is our new normal. However, the lady that was working was extremely rude to me and another gentleman that was also in the store. Upon entering, she did not even acknowledge that she knew we were inside the building, as she was sorting mail with headphones over her head. We called out saying "excuse us" and was met with a dismissive attitude. I didn't even need her physical services, I just needed to ask where I should leave my package due to it already being boxed up and prepaid label. There were no other boxes laying on the counter to indicate where I should leave it, and this wasn't my usual location. She proceeded to give broad directions, (still around the corner with the headphones on during all of this interaction), and the gentleman waiting with me didn't even understand where she was referring to either, as he was trying to help me locate the area. Once she did decide to step around to help the now forming line, I had to proceed to ask again for clarification. The bin in the area she was referring to was pushed fairly far from the counter and I saw no willingness to grab the package from me to place it in the bin herself. I asked her if she wanted me to toss my package over in it and she told me yes. Didn't care if it was fragile or anything. Extremely unprofessional. We all get fed up, but at least acknowledge that you hear someone is there, especially when they are calling out for help and can't even see if an employee is in the building.
