    The service received on October 17, 2025, was characterized by unprofessional conduct, including unhelpfulness, disorganization, and rudeness. Upon returning to inquire about the package, the front desk representative, the same individual from the previous interaction, displayed dismissive behavior, ultimately stating the package was not available. May I add she was throwing our packages around fellow customers. Further inquiries appeared to agitate the representative, and there was no record of the package's location. Despite requesting assistance, the representative dismissed the inquiry. Rudely, as she asked for the next customer prior to solving the solution. Following this, customer care was contacted, and it was indicated that the package should be at the Post Office. However, there is a lack of communication between the courier service and the Post Office, rendering the package's location untraceable. The package is now at risk of being returned or lost within fifteen days. This experience represents a significant service failure. It is concerning that a longstanding organization exhibits such operational challenges. 10/21/25

    I’ve been trying to reach your office by phone but keep getting a busy signal or being disconnected. I wanted to inform you that the mail carrier left all of the mailboxes open at our apartment community. (Hidden Oaks Apartments) As of now, the mail for all residents is unsecured and exposed, putting their personal information and deliveries at risk of being stolen. Please address this matter as soon as possible to secure the mail and prevent any potential issues for residents. Thank you, Management

    A couple of days ago I went to a different post office closest to where I live now trying to catch a package that was being delivered at the wrong address the lady at the counter was no help at all she had no suggestions nor information to give me to help me with my situation that was before the package was even delivered after the package was delivered I contacted the post office they gave me suggestions so today I went to Lakewood station in the area where the package was delivered to the two ladies at the Lakewood station were very helpful took their time with me they were very patient and very respectful and had suggestions to help me with my situation as well as go back in the back and look for my package they were able to find my package for me I definitely appreciate them Thank you very much
