The post office needs an investigation. Mail that go through are scanned but are not delivered. Mail with a check don’t make it to my mailbox. These people are removing mailed checks and gift cards. You would think the customer knows because we are expecting the package or mail. It’s sad because I think it’s a bigger crime ring because with the complaints nothing is being done.

They have the laziest drivers and will just mark your building as vacant because they don’t want to get out the truck and do their basic job, and then the women behind the desk with glasses is horrible when you try to get her to stop them from returning it to sender she say oh we can’t do anything about it instead of literally checking the return to sender bucket.they’re horrible I can’t even get packages delivered because of them

Date: December 22, 2025 I had a very disappointing experience at the USPS post office today due to the behavior of a staff member. The interaction was unprofessional and discourteous, and I did not receive the basic level of customer service one would expect. Clear communication and a respectful attitude were lacking, which made the visit unnecessarily stressful. I hope USPS management addresses this, as customers deserve polite and helpful service regardless of personal associations.

Customer service matters. Walked into the post office today and was met with someone on their phone, interruptions before I could explain my needs, being rushed, and repeatedly called “bruh.” Completely unprofessional. I don’t expect perfection — just basic respect and professionalism. Experiences like this make simple errands unnecessarily frustrating.

Terrible experience, staff were dismissive and not helpful at all. Shooed me out the door and didn’t provide any type of customer service. Truly a bad experience. I know people give them a hard time but this location and team are the reason why.
