I wish I could give this location zero stars. In my opinion, the customer service I received from the front desk representative, Faith Parker., was extremely disappointing. She repeatedly interrupted me and other customers, making it difficult for anyone to finish a sentence or fully explain our concerns. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told multiple times they were “in a meeting,” even though they appeared to be outside not in a meeting. I requested a formal way to file a complaint and was told to “look online,” and when I asked for the store number, I was told it doesn’t exist. I was then handed an old piece of paper to write my complaint on, which did not feel like a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. The customer before me also seemed frustrated when he asked for confirmation that he had dropped off a package. He was told she couldn’t provide any receipt and that he would simply need to hope it arrived on time. Overall, my issue was not addressed, and I did not feel that any effort was made to help. Because of this experience, I will do my best to avoid having important packages routed to this location in the future.

Absolute joke of a USPS. I’ve never seen USPS this bad including the in rough months of distribution center transition. No one wants to do their jobs properly including the driver. They’ll literally lie to their own customer service agents even though everyone can see the tracking and latest status of a package. If the driver doesn’t feel like doing their job, they’ll simply mark the package as refused and return it back to the sender. And apparently no one can do anything. No response on phone or customer support ticket until escalated. Unprofessional and utter crap from everyone at this place. Wish I could give 0 or negative stars

Yep, I see others have had the same experience as me, at least one rude and impatient woman working here - maybe more. It shouldn’t necessarily reflect on whole staff I would think. She was actually okay with me, but totally rude, insulting and cold to person before me. I was scared to approach the counter.

If I could’ve left a zero star, I would have this location needs to be shut down until they replace the front desk associate! Every single time that I go she is very rude. She’s going on rants about how she hates her job. I am not gonna sit here and continue to support this location. If this is what I have to deal with. I just watched a completely peaceful customer come in and get into an altercation not only with her but two new customers that walked in that had no idea what the conversation was like to even get him to that point. He got into it with them as well. She said her name was Parker after he asked for her info so he could report her. I was checkin out and she took upon herself to give herself a green smiley face on the card reader. My choice would’ve been red ❌‼️
