I wish I had another distributer for my property. The staff here is super rude no matter what time you walk in. They just want to sit down on their phone getting paid for doing nothing. They won't move a finger to check anything in the computer and say that it is your mail and your responsibility. Visited on 11/19/25 at 4:02pm.

😡 Unacceptable Service - 6 Hour Wait & Rudeness
I arrived at 9:00 AM on 11/13/2025-Thursday for an urgent Priority Mail package inquiry. I waited until almost 3:00 PM—six hours—with no resolution.
The front desk black lady with a childish flip glasses, displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I approached her repeatedly for an update, I was only given non-answers like "I don't know, sir," and was left to wait for hours while the employee appeared distracted by using her phone and watching movies.
The worst part: After waiting all that time and expressing my frustration, the staff member had the audacity to tell me, "Don't come back in again."
Who are they to speak to a customer like that? This is not how you treat people seeking help. This post office desperately needs training in basic customer service and professional behavior

Beyond frustrated with this post office. I called on 10/23/2025 about a package that wasn't able to be delivered to me . I spoke with someone who assured me my package would be there for pick up the next day and I asked about 5 times to confirm it would definitely be there. Upon going there today 10/24/2025, the person working at the front barely acknowledged me and then when I finally got her attention and she checked for my package she said it was not there and already returned to sender. I understand that's not her fault and more on the person the day before who gave me seemingly wrong information but she was so dismissive and did not want to hear anything I had to say explaining my situation. I even tried to ask her few question so I knew how to move forward and at first she just ignored me then gave me an answer that had nothing to do with what I asked. Her attitude and body language were nasty the whole time. This office needs some new employees because they have at least 3 incompetent ones working the front .

So many complaints about this one location, but I can almost guarantee 90% of these tie back to one worker. If you read more than a couple reviews and (god help you) if you need to actually go to this post office, you will quickly see why this person is the subject of so many complaints.
I can only guess this lady has had some really difficult experiences in her life, because I have never seen someone FLIP attitudes so quick. She SEEMS like she could be cool at first, but if there is a HINT of any issue, she IMMEDIATELY goes into self-defense mode and starts treating customers like we’re trying to scam her or something.
One of the most off putting things she does - whenever she begins to THINK you might have a complaint - is rattling off all this pseudo-legal nonsense. She sounds like how you hear the people at the end of radio commercials when they’re trying to read off all the small print stuff before the commercial ends. It’s INSANELY unhelpful, and shows an absolute lack of interest in your issue.
Like seriously, she could have said 25% as much and we could have had the same outcome. And instead of wasting my time prattling off legal garbage, she could have just given me more info about my issue, and EVERYBODY would have been happier.
But on top of sounding like a legal disclaimer in an ad, her TONE absolutely SUCKS. Like I can only imagine this lady has been relentlessly harassed by lawyers her whole life with how she treats even the simplest of issues as if customers are trying to hold her personally liable.
But then it isn’t just when there’s a problem. Her attitude shines thru on the regular as she quickly brushes customers off with an abrupt “NEXT IN LINE.” Ironically, she didn’t hit me with this, but only because I was trying to walk away once I realized she wasn’t going to be helpful and was just regurgitating a canned legal response. But saw her do this with pretty much every other customer. Like lady you JUST told this person what the next steps should be. You wanna give him a second to actually process what you said and move out of the way before you’re shouting “NEXT IN LINE” at the 2 other customers in the building? Like seriously, for a line out the door, sure. But when there are 3 people in the whole place who can hear everything you’re saying, this just comes across as rude and out of touch.
My issue unfortunately required me to go here multiple times. So I can confirm, based on my experiences and the numerous reviews, that this was not a one-off thing. This is how this lady is DAILY. I honestly hope she wins the lottery or something so she can quit this job, because she does not need to be in a customer facing position like this. Her attitude makes me think she might be a better chef instead.
I mean, YOU HAVE THE FREAKING SUPERVISOR OF THIS LOCATION POSTING HER OWN REVIEW TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE POOR EXPERIENCES HERE, 80%+ which seem to tie back to this lady SPECIFICALLY. I get it’s probably not a real thankful job, but there are SO many other nice ladies that do work at USPS and in much worse areas to boot. This lady’s attitude is a decision she makes every day, and apparently poorly. She very much comes across as “too cool for school.” 100% chance she has flipped out on a customer before. I bet mgmt here has some stories. I honestly feel bad for that supervisor, because it seems like she wants to improve, but this one lady is making it REAL difficult.
It also wouldn’t be so bad if she wasn’t apparently the only one there to provide customer service so much. But if you can’t give customers a way to avoid dealing with this lady, or get her to fix her attitude/tone, reviews won’t improve. It’s really that simple. This lady makes me long for self-help kiosks run by AI. Because at least I couldn’t blame a computer for not knowing how to work with people.
