Today I had a very bittersweet experience at this USPS location. I came in to send a package using Ground Advantage, but since I’m not very familiar with the system, I was hoping for a little guidance or empathy. Unfortunately, after I made a mistake while filling out the shipping label, the clerk at the counter reacted as if I were a burden. Her attitude quickly became rude and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable and diminished rather than helped. I did eventually correct the information, and she printed the label, but the interaction left me feeling stressed and unwelcome. At the end of the transaction, the register prompted for feedback, but it’s difficult to be honest when the employee is standing directly in front of you watching. I even felt uneasy afterward, worrying about my package because of how negative the interaction was. I truly regret choosing this location today. Customer service, especially in a place many people rely on, should be more patient and respectful.

Worst customer service ever. They act as if they are so inconvenienced when asking for any assistance. Once when I thumbs down my experience they rolled their eyes and chucked. The women that work here are usually rude and have offensive tones/words when turning people away. (Ex: I’m not taking nobody else”, “can’t help you, we closed”, or my fav…”I’m about to leave so….” They close early or are just aren’t open when they are supposed to be. Also no one ever answers the phone, it’s been almost 2 years I’ve been coming here and not once has anyone answered. Only reason I come to this one is because of the location. Fire everyone they are awful.

Priority Mail is a joke not worth the extra cost. I will never use the US mail service again for anything other than regular mail. It has taken a "Priority Mail" 2 pound box going to Alabama 9 days and counting to make it from Atlanta Georgia to Atmore Alabama. Y'all do the math, there is nothing "Priority" about that service. My money would have been better spent on shipping cost with UPS or FedEx forget about USPS and they wonder why they aren't making money - it's because their service sucks!!!!
