worst service, racism attitude. They have smile faces to others and turn cold to you by your color. Totally unacceptable and the management team should teach the staffs to be respectful.

I visited the location around 5:35 PM to purchase envelopes. A woman assisted me politely and guided me on which envelopes to choose. Afterward, I went to the writing station to prepare my paperwork. I was not speaking to or interacting with Robert at all. Out of nowhere, Robert approached me and said, “We close at 6:00. No later than 6, so wrap up what you’re doing by 5:55 PM and let’s get whatever you’re sending done.” I responded calmly with, “Okay, that’s fine,” and continued preparing my letters. Then I heard him mutter under his breath, “Coming in here last minute with all that.” I asked him how long the process would take once I reached the counter, and he replied, “I don’t know, it depends, but whatever is done at 6 is all I’m doing.” At that point, I decided to take my letters out of the envelopes, return the items, and leave. I did not deserve to be spoken to that way. Especially when I was respectful, didn’t engage him initially, and came in well before closing. Everyone has long days; I understand that. But the difference is that I didn’t walk in with an attitude or treat anyone poorly. The woman who assisted me earlier wasn’t interested in small talk, but she was never rude. After seeing multiple reviews mentioning his behavior, I’m not surprised. It’s unfortunate because experiences like this are the reason this location sits at just two stars. No customer should be treated this way, and his attitude reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

Really horrible workers. Woman at counter just kept barking at us to tape it but didn’t show us how. Didn’t even let us stay in the line so we had to get back in the line and ended up just leaving and going to UPS because that was absolutely crazy. Plenty of people would love to have that job - this location should seriously look into their workers..
