    Managed to lose a priority mail envelope. The USPS staff had the audacity to tell me that no mail is guaranteed no matter how much you pay. Ridiculous... also refused to refund what we paid claiming we didn't qualify. We didnt fail - USPS did. They lost a check, a very important check (which is now 3 weeks past original delivery date). We had to have the check canceled, reissued, & re-sent to us. Used FedEx to send it where it needed to go & it arrived as promised.

    These people here must bee really ignorant. Should have a package today November 8th 2025. Looks like it left and went back to the disturbation center. What is wrong with these people? Did the driver go back for coffee and donuts?

    It’s incredible to see so many bad reviews about “lost or stolen” packages, and unfortunately my package is now part of that statistic. I filed a report, and it’s been almost a week without any update. I hope the supervisors do something so this situation doesn’t keep happening.

    They've been holding on to the Priority Box I sent to my daughter in Atlanta, GA, for a month, and they still haven't delivered it. Terrible service. LLEVAN UN MES CON LA CAJA DE PRIORITY QUE LE ENVIÉ A MI HIJA EN ATLANTA, GA Y NO LA ACABAN DE ENTREGAR. SERVICIO PÉSIMO.
