Ridiculous... also refused to refund what we paid claiming we didn't qualify. We didnt fail - USPS did. They lost a check, a very important check (which is now 3 weeks past original delivery date). We had to have the check canceled, reissued, & re-sent to us. Used FedEx to send it where it needed to go & it arrived as promised.
