I asked if the envelope I selected to purchase was sufficient for my mailing purposes and he refused to give an answer. I have previously pulled envelopes and purchased them only to discover the were insufficient. I asked if he could confirm it would work and he was one of the most unreasonable, passive aggressive, and rude individuals I have ever met. His customer service is nonexistent. This man should go through customer service training to learn how to politely answer questions when a customer is confused. I hope k post else has to deal with him
