- BHBen HurtadoJun 27, 20251.0Mailed important documents Certified Mail on June 9th with an expected delivery date of the 11th. It’s now the 27th and delivery has not been attempted. Went to the branch again and they said there was nothing they could do. So folks pay extra money for additional features but nothing extra is actually done. An easy way to make money under the guise of USPS reliability. Growing up I remember walking into a USPS office and having the feeling of confidence your package will make it in a reasonable amount of time or at the very least, make it. No longer.
