Worst postal office ever. Never picks up the phone and also are very rude when you are tying to just have a simple conversation about packages. Shut it down

I arrived at the store at approximately 4:40 p.m. to drop off a package and was informed that I needed to purchase tape, as the store does not provide it. The male clerk advised me that the store closed at 5:30 p.m. I left briefly to purchase tape and returned at approximately 4:50 p.m. Upon re entering, I was told by an employee named Rosa Murray that the store closed at 5:00 p.m. Although this conflicted with what I had been told earlier, I was already in the store ten minutes before closing. When I attempted to drop off my package, Ms. Murray refused to accept it. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and stated that it “didn’t matter.” She then walked away and closed the gate while I was still standing there.

Went a week after Christmas mid day and was expecting it to be packed, but it wasn’t. In and out in 2 minutes. Staff were very friendly, 5/5.

I went to ship a return for an eBay purchase and left genuinely annoyed. The office is in a nice shopping center, but the inside is disgusting and falling apart. I walked into a line of about ten people. I bought a mailer and already had my pre-printed eBay shipping label. The woman working the desk was cold and not remotely personable. I showed her my item, the mailer, and the label, and she told me I needed to tape the label to the mailer. I figured a multi-billion dollar shipping company would at least offer a few strips of tape, especially since I bought the mailer from them. I was wrong. She asked if I wanted to buy tape, and I said sure. She rang me up and then just stared at me. I asked, “What do I do next?” and she said, “Are we gonna go back to square one, really?” I had no idea what she meant. She then claimed she did not hear me say I wanted to purchase the tape. She charged me four dollars for a tiny roll of packing tape right after handing an entire roll of tape to someone using Priority shipping. This location needs a major overhaul in morale, cleanliness, and customer service. The older woman at the desk should not be in customer-facing work. And if anyone at USPS is reading this, I would like my four dollars back.
