TRASH service, employees were EXTREMELY rude from the moment I walked and wouldn't help me with my package so I left and went somewhere else. Worst post office ever. Don't go here.

Review for Clerk 96 I feel compelled to warn others about an extremely upsetting experience I had at the Dunwoody Village Post Office on Tuesday, November 26th, in the late afternoon. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I was assisted by Clerk #96, a woman of short stature with a noticeable nose piercing and head covering. From the moment I approached the counter, she was abrupt and dismissive. I greeted her and asked how she was doing, but she ignored the greeting and immediately said, “You need to seal your bag.” When I asked if tape was available at the counter, she replied, “We don’t provide tape,” and immediately called for the next customer, offering no guidance, alternatives, or information that tape could be purchased behind me. I’m not a frequent USPS customer, so I wasn’t aware of the tape policy—but I was fully prepared to purchase any supplies I needed. Feeling flustered, I looked around the room and found rolls of tape on the back wall, I used one to seal my package, and returned to the line. A kind customer who had witnessed everything let me go ahead of him. When I got back to the counter, Clerk #96 commented that I “should have cooperated with me because there was a cheaper option for tape at $1.75 but now you’re paying $3.99” —information she had never previously provided. When I calmly explained that I was confused by her statement because I felt dismissed by her to figure things out on my own - she raised her voice and said, “I can’t deal with you. You can take your package and leave.” I explained that I needed to ship my package before closing (and the Thanksgiving holiday) and still needed to pay for the tape I just used, but she said she didn’t care and continued refusing service. She continued to yell in front of me and the other gentleman in line about how she doesn’t tolerate disrespect and eventually stated she would only accept my package if I apologized to her—an unprofessional and inappropriate demand that I complied with simply because I had no other option. She shared “I’m going to show you that I don’t care about the tape and not ring it up”. I was genuinely perplexed as to why she treated me so poorly simply for not having my own tape and then ultimately chose not to ring up the tape at all. I left feeling belittled and distressed by how poorly I was treated. This was without question **the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had**. I have filed an official complaint and hope management addresses this immediately.

This place is a joke. It supposed to be opened from 9-5. They closed for lunch without any note or warning on the door. No clue about when they will be back. So disrespectful

Went there for some issues regarding the mail forwarding but lady working there with a middle eastern ethnicity was so rude. They don’t know how to speak to customers. They behave as if they are doing some favor to the customer. They should be trained well in how to speak to customers.
