Do not bothering going anytime between 11 and 3 as they are always closed for lunch. Always only one person working and they clearly need a break or a new job because they cannot handle the lines and give a lot of attitude. The hours posted are a lie.

The employees do not honor the store hours. They take hours longer at lunch than what is listed outside the door and online. Terrible service, terrible attitudes.

Unfortunately the African American woman at the desk was so disgraceful. I hate to call out my own people, but this girl was just not the move. The break went until 3pm, although the door shows until 2:30pm, but I digress. When the black woman with the dark hair and edges came back she was rude to the guest outside. She first snatched the sign off the door and then unlocked the door and walked away. She didn't even open it to acknowledge anyone. Then she had 3 AA customers and she give a rushed and annoyed greeting including me. But when the caucasian customer came in she got some pep in her step and in her voice, how ironic...it was so disgraceful. I went to submit a change of address, all she did was take the paper from me, just scanned my ID, and tossed my slip off to the side. It has my personal information on it and she was so careless with it. I asked her if I would receive an email confirmation and she said I "should" which is ironic because I have no email listed on the slip. So, lets see if it gets processed. I hope so, but not feeling super confident. Anywho, I hope this is her normal process for behavior. Felt like she was annoyed to be at work. Made things super uncomfortable.
