My first class/certified mail was never sent, 6 days later** This location is in a completely run down plaza and the store itself is a total mess. Employees will be watching videos on their phones while serving you and you’re never sure if they are getting the job done accurately. I had to mail important documents out yesterday and watched the young man employee not attach the certified mail sticker to my envelope. I asked if he would do it and he said yes while not taking his eyes off his cell phone. I left after paying but wish I went elsewhere. My letter is still not showing as mailed a whole day later. Update: USPS *lost* this item and a missing mail inquiry was initiated. Again, PLEASE don’t use this location to send important mail.

When my card and my sister's card both failed while trying to purchase a money order for my passport renewal, Tracy patiently troubleshot with us and allowed us to step aside to call our bank while she helped other customers. Even before our turn, we noticed how kind and patient Tracy was with every customer, including one who was hostile and rude to her. Despite being the only employee working near closing time with a long line, she maintained her professionalism and warmth throughout. After we resolved our payment issue, I realized I'd made an error on the money order after leaving. Tracy graciously retrieved my envelope so I could correct my mistake and get everything sent properly. Her patience, kindness, and dedication to helping customers—even after closing—made all the difference. We're truly grateful for her exceptional service.
