Before visiting the United States Postal Service location in East Point, GA, I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant. I had read several negative reviews mentioning poor customer service and overcharging, so I went in expecting the worst. Thankfully, my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, USPS employee T. Jones completely changed my perception of this location. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient, even while handling a steady flow of customers. What stood out the most was her ability to remain calm, patient, and genuinely helpful no matter the situation in front of her. T. Jones was not only quick but also a truthful and knowledgeable problem-solver. She took the time to clearly explain options, answer questions honestly, and ensure each customer was taken care of properly without rushing or showing frustration. It was clear she takes pride in her work and understands how much good customer service matters, especially in a fast-paced environment like the post office. Thanks to her, my visit was smooth, stress-free, and efficient. Experiences like this deserve recognition, especially when employees go above and beyond despite the negative reputation that sometimes surrounds their workplace. If you’re on the fence about visiting the East Point USPS location, I highly recommend giving it a chance and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by T. Jones, you’re in excellent hands. She is a true asset to the United States Postal Service and a great example of what customer service should look like.

I have informed delivery. This office is scanning all my mail and things they do scan never reaches my home. The staff needs to be fired. This office needs investigation. I’m reporting them because this is insane

They won't answer calls and they lost 2 shipments in a row that I had to get refunded for and I really needed the items. They also keep putting mail into mailboxes that don't belong to that address. They told me to have the people I bought my items from send another because they can't be bothered to look through our mailboxes to see which one my packages are in. This is so ridiculous.

Rude woman there, my mom and grandma needed help filling some paperwork. They don't speak English well and she had an attitude the whole time. Hope she gets fired.
