I re-arranged my schedule to make it in for drop-in hours and drove across town only to be told that they don’t do drop-in hours (after talking with more than one person behind the counter). I told them their website lists drop-in passport hours and they dismissed it and said they wouldn’t help me. I figured maybe I could salvage the trip and at least get my passport photo taken because that service is also listed on their website. They informed me their camera is broken so they don’t do photos either. Don’t waste your time coming here!
