By far the worst location I have ever experienced. They took my money for a money order and the machine froze . Leaving me without funds and no money order . The lead is unprofessional and they have no clue what to do . I am highly unsatisfied and I need a compensation due to this inconvenience.

This is the worst agency I have ever had to deal with. My package said it was delivered to my home and scanned in when it was not and it has now been over a week I have been going back and forth trying to get information with no avail. I sat on hold for 2 HOURS just for no one to pick up. I am sick of this. I just want to get the dang GPS point of where my package is at because everything in it is NONE REPLACEABLE. This is absolutely ridiculous that this has taken more than a week because not only was it dropped off at the wrong place, but now has been in the wrong place for over a week so it is probably LONG GONE. This agency is literally the stereotype corporate nightmare where no one picks up the phone or can give you information on something that is YOURS. I would avoid using usps at all costs and pray that you never have to contact these people, because you won’t get help.

I came in during walk in hours to do my passport. The two young ladies at the counter stated they do not do walk ins at all. I told her the website stated that this location does do walk ins and she stated they did not. I felt like she just didn't want to do it. This was the most unprofessional post office that I have been to. The staff was young and on they phone and playing around with each other. I will never return to this location.

This got to be the nicest USPS I have ever been. Came in a customer and came out as a cousin of one of the staff lol. Amber was super chill and friendly. I know customer review doesn’t matter as much for USPS but still thank you cousin Amber!

Today I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went to this location to apply for my passport card, and the woman who assisted me had a terrible attitude. From the beginning, she was rude and dismissive, and when I asked questions, she answered in a way that made me feel as if I were stupid.
She noticed when I took a photo to leave a review and commented that this was why she hated her job—because people are able to share their opinions. That response was extremely unprofessional.
I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, as if I should be grateful just for being helped, which should never be the case. Customer service positions require patience and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during my visit. I truly believe this location should hire staff who are properly trained in customer service. I don’t recommend to go to this location to nobody.
It’s unfortunate that there isn’t an option to give zero stars.
