We applied for a U.S. passport at this location, but I was disappointed with the African Guy front desk staff member who assisted us. He seemed unfamiliar with the requirements for new applicants, especially for children who derived citizenship from a parent who recently became a U.S. citizen. He almost declined my son’s passport application due to a lack of understanding of the rules. Before coming, I had already confirmed all the required documents, so this was very frustrating. In addition, his tone was unprofessional and lacked courtesy everyone witness it. As a public servant, it is important to treat applicants respectfully and communicate calmly. Fortunately, another staff member assisted us afterward it’s Ms. C. Gray. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout my child’s passport processing, and we truly appreciate her assistance.

I've been here a couple if times and customer service is mediocre at best. There's a bald guy with an accent that is rude to almost everyone. I luckily did not have to deal with him the times that I've gone, until yesterday. He called me up to the counter I already felt anticipated a rude encounter. As I get to the counter. He doesn't speak. I wait a few seconds for him to acknowledge me, when he didn't I said "hello", he gave me a half greeting. I them proceeded to give him my packages that I needed to send off. Both packages were boxes that I got from the wall to purchase (8x8x8 Box and XL bubble envelope). They clearly needed to be paid for. I handed him the box, he yelled "did you pay for this?!" I felt like he was trying to embarrass me, but I anticipated it. So I answered him with a short and simple "no". He then proceeded to act like I he didn't know where to find the barcode. He literally checked every side, but the side with the barcode. I took the box and flipped it upside down to show him the barcode. He could tell I was visibly annoyed at thay point. So he hurried up with the transaction. When it was time to pay he gave me they had the service survey with the three faces, I wanted to press the unsatisfactory face but I felt like he was looking at me waiting for press it so he can continue to be rude. So I tried to bypass it but couldn't. I pressed the green face to hurry up. Once I paid, he handed me the receipt and did not say "Have a nice day" or anything. I said "Thank You", and went on my day. I'm not the one to cause a scene so I didn't give him the energy that he deserved. But one day he's going to get someone (if he hasn't already), to reciprocate that same energy thay t he gives off and it's not going to be pleasant. It sucks because he has an entitled attitude. Like, he knows we need him, wich we do, and he's untouchable because he's a federal worker and protected. He really needs to be checked buy his supervisor.

My package has been held here for over a month, and I don’t have a car to pick it up from here. I am not about to spend another $10-20 to uber over and pick it up when I’ve already paid for shipping. Absolutely unacceptable
