I am in ATL on business and needed to overnight a package for the fob for my car to avoid a tow while traveling. An unexpected bike race on my street back in NY state led me to this USPS. I took an Lyft from my hotel to the post office before heading to airport. The agent Shadequa Chanel was uncooperative. I let her know I was hard of hearing and had a Lyft waiting. I didn’t expect special treatment but she passive aggressively did everything within her power to make my visit very unpleasant as I was inconveniencing her. Even when no one else was there she acted as I was difficult. Then she tried to force me to wait longer to fill out the overnight form when a new customer entered during our transaction.
This didn’t have to be unpleasant and it was not busy. There was nothing unpleasant going on before me and I wasn’t unpleasant to her. Just asked about packaging to overnight my car key.
What happened to customer service! The post office shouldn’t be a battle royal. A little kindness goes a long way. Maybe she had a bad day, but I didn’t deserve to be disrespected with attitude and unnecessary delays.

Helpful but unpleasant. It's obvious they're not enjoying what there doing. There should be training on how to greet your customers.
Without us there would be no you!

My package has been stuck here for about 6 days and i am sick of post offices treating my packages like this. I paid for PRIORITY shipping and its treated like a pesent in a kingdom. This is ridiculous. No wonder USPS is going out of business.
