This is the second time they've delivered my package to the wrong person/address. My package was supposed to be delivered to a parcel locker with a code. Instead, the status showed "Delivered to Individual" Its to a point to where I'm going to have to move soon. How can you mess up a delivery with the correct address on the package? Its crazy how usps will trust anybody to believe that they're delivering a package to the right person without confirming first. I lost money and time from this constant mistake from usps. Can't believe it.

Within 30 seconds of walking in, the “manager” was crowding me at the self-help kiosk, clicking at the screen and trying to dismiss me, saying she had “a line” to take care of (one single customer she seemed to be helping). She kept interrupting me and trying to teach me to use a machine I’ve used for years on my own, which I had to explain her. I only had three packages to check out and could only have spent a maximum of three or four minutes in the building, but the way she was acting you’d think I was standing there for an hour. Kept rushing me off the machine, crowding my personal space and was extremely rude. The most odd experience I’ve ever had at a USPS.

This level of unprofessionalism from an employee at this location is unacceptable. I’m not sure of the employee’s name, but his decision to argue with me for no reason, first inside the store and again while handing me my mailbox key, was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. His behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism, and the team should reevaluate their attitudes and conduct. Stating “that’s not how I work” and “if your key gets lost, it will be on you” , Also stating that " we need to get out stuff together" after handing me the keys was absolutely unnecessary. The woman assisting me was already explaining everything clearly before he decided to insert himself into the conversation with an inflated ego. He needs to learn how to control his anger and stop speaking to people in such a disrespectful manner. Thank you to the kind lady who helped me and patiently explained everything—I truly appreciate your professionalism and courtesy.

Really nice people I’m so happy this is my local post office! Angela has helped me multiple times and she’s always been so kind. Even during these times with the gov shut down, they still have a great attitude!!

One cashier, the most INDECISIVE customer (with multiple international shipments, ofc) and NINE people in line. The lady at the counter inconvenienced nine people over this one person, when she could have easily blown through all the people in line in 5 minutes (most were people just needing receipts). 25 minute wait for a scan? Come here.
